There weren't really any negative aspects of my stay at the hotel. However, the hotel's location is a bit far from the main port but it wasn't a problem for us as we had a car.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, perfect for families. The staff went above and beyond, providing a crib and rollaway bed for our children. They even opened breakfast early and packed food to go for our early ferry. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with easy parking. highly recommended for a peaceful stay in Igoumenitsa.

We stayed at a lovely hotel with fantastic staff, including Alex who greeted us when we arrived late from the ferry. The rooms were clean and comfortable with balconies overlooking the sea. The staff, especially the receptionist Vivi, were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. It was a bonus that the hotel is dog-friendly, perfect for us and our puppy. The breakfast service was excellent, allowing us to enjoy breakfast in bed before our early ferry departure.
